Asadabad, Sokai, Narang, Sarkani and Marawara Districts of Kunar Province

Project Goal:

“Improving public trust in legal justice system through court trial monitoring by bringing more transparency and accountability at local level in Kunar province”

Project Objectives:
i. Improve public trust in judicial system of the country through public awareness and cooperation among public and the government of Afghanistan.
ii. Enhance transparency of the legal proceedings through monitoring legal processes and holding public officials accountable.
iii. Improve legal proceedings in the formal courts through identifying weaknesses and working with the courts to improve in those areas.
