Disabled Cyclist Messenger service (DCMS):
In October 2002, AABRAR implemented Disabled Cyclists Messenger Service (DCMS) in the city of Kabul. AABRAR has trained 14 disabled men to ride bicycles, and has employed them as full time couriers for DCMS to deliver parcels and food to business in Kabul. Over the years AABRAR has built this service up to increase the cliental of this service. A contract with the UN for the contracting of private messengers has also provided additional employment for disabled people. This service also aids Afghanistan’s infrastructure by providing a fast and reliable messenger service in Kabul. In 2007 DCMS is announced as autonomous body by the name of ORMDA by AABRAR.
